Guidance on implementation of self-payment of quarantine, hospitalization and treatment expenses for confirmed foreign patients.

1. Instruction: 

    Guideline for the implementation of self-payment for the quarantine, hospitalization and

     treatment expenses for confirmed foreigners entering from abroad.

2. Target and starting date:

     - Foreigners with confirmed case: Those entering the country after 0:00 on August 24th

     - Foreigners who have been confirmed to have violated quarantine measures: Those who violated

       quarantine measures from August 17th

       * Violators of quarantine measures, prohibition orders and not submitting or submitting 

          the false COVID-19 PCR Test result

3. Self-payment application range:

    - (Violators of quarantine measures) regardless of the principle, the full amount of quarantine/hospital

       treatment cost shall be paid by themselves

    - (Subject to reciprocity)

       * Full support countries: Full support (excluding non-essential non-payment)

       * Partly supported countries: support of quarantine housing cost according to Corona19, 

          and pay by oneself for the medical treatment, food, etc.

       * Non-support countries: fully covered by oneself
